Our Process

Working Together

We're ready to share our experience

The journey to building a unique and affordable prefab house begins with Drommel’s comprehensive and client-focused approach. Here’s how the process unfolds in three key steps:

Initial Consultation and Design Proposal

Drommel initiates the project by thoroughly understanding the scope through in-depth discussions, exploring possibilities alongside the client. The company reviews past projects to identify designs that might align with the client’s vision, demonstrating the adaptability of their building method. If a bespoke solution is preferred, Drommel crafts a tailored offer to develop a new house using their innovative technology. This step establishes a foundation of collaboration and shared vision.

Once the offer is accepted, the design phase commences. Drommel prioritizes a transparent and dynamic exchange between the client and their production team, particularly with the specialists in China. This ensures that clients are kept in the loop regarding the progress of their home, from the initial sketches to the finalization of designs. The process is characterized by creativity, iterative feedback, and meticulous attention to detail, culminating in the final designs being sent to Drommel’s Chinese office to begin manufacturing.

Design Development and Client Collaboration

Manufacturing and Construction

The manufacturing phase spans one to two months, during which every component needed to build the house — including tiles, kitchen units, door frames, and more — is prepared for shipment. Upon arrival, construction begins, leveraging Drommel’s unique paneling and concrete structure for efficiency. This method has been proven to be 30-50% faster than traditional construction methods in the Caribbean, significantly reducing the time from concept to completion. Clients can expect a seamless assembly process, making the transition to their new home swift and satisfying.
